  Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout and mayvary depending on the

  destination.

• Cold Packing: Products that require temperature control will be shipped with appropriate cold packing materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

• Risk of Loss: All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) shipping point.

  The risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of unopened

  vials within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused

  and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item,

  we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

  within a certain amount of days.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
